Cerium Labs was invited to present at the 2009 Microelectronics Reliability & Qualification Workshop Dec 8-9, 2009. Dr. Gazda will be providing an overview of our 3-D Chip Reveal Program; an application that provides High Resolution SEM imaging with extreme field of view (XFOV) of obsolete electronic re-engineering.
